I try to make the lessons on the website easier to understand when English is not the reader’s first language. This also helps automatic language translation to work well.
Switching to Google Statistics
In this first quarter of 2026 I used Google Analytics AI (instead of Awstats) to generate information for this report. Awstats has been showing unreasonably overstated figures. So I am switching to Google Analytics even though their stats may be understated.
Unfortunate Outage
On March 5th there was a major server upgrade which caused the site to go down for half the day. It turned out that there was a simple error in one of my files which has never bothered the server software before, but caused the new upgraded and stricter software to object. A temporary patch got the site running again and I used Bing Copilot AI to help me make a new clean and correct file, which works fine.
Church Meetings
We continued to hold Sunday morning services in our home every Lord’s Day. On one of those occasions a young Christian in the family met with us.
